3. Technical Performance: Era Rank is not responsible for technical issues on publisher websites, such as availability, loading speed, hyperlink functionality, search engine indexing, or layout changes.

4. Google Core Updates: We cannot provide refunds for backlinks removed or deindexed due to Google Core Updates or search engine algorithm changes, as these factors are outside our control.

Money-Back Guarantee

If we are unable to publish an article or guest post on the selected publisher's website, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment gateway fees. Alternatively, we may:

• Offer to fulfill the order on a comparable publisher website.

• Credit the amount to your Era Rank account for future use.

Example of Exceptional Cases:

• The publisher declines to publish the article after approval.

• Technical errors prevent the article from being published on time.

Refunds During the Writing Process

If you cancel your order during the writing or review stage:

• 50% Refund: A partial refund is available as payment is allocated to compensate writers for their work.

• Draft Delivery: You will receive the drafted article and can request revisions or use the article as you see fit.

Refunds During the Publishing Process

Refunds requested during the guest post-publishing process cannot be granted. Once a Guest Post publication is in progress, it cannot be stopped, and publishing costs cannot be recouped.

• Credit Card Refunds: It may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.

• PayPal Refunds: Funds will appear immediately in your PayPal account upon processing.
