We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before purchasing. This includes the selected publisher website, keywords, spelling, grammar, target links, anchor text, article details, and any other order requirements.

While refunds are generally not available after delivery, exceptional cases may be reviewed individually. Refund approval, if granted, will remain at Era Rank’s sole discretion.

No Refund in the Following Cases

  • Publisher Shutdown: Refunds cannot be issued if a publisher ceases operations, shuts down their website, or removes content due to reasons beyond our control.
  • Legal Issues: Refunds will not be granted if a publisher faces legal action related to the article’s content, promotions, or claims. Customers are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Technical Performance: Era Rank is not responsible for technical issues on publisher websites, including availability, loading speed, hyperlink functionality, search engine indexing, design/layout changes, or website performance.
  • Google Core Updates: Refunds cannot be provided for backlinks that are removed, deindexed, lose ranking value, or are affected due to Google Core Updates, search engine changes, or algorithm updates.

If we are unable to publish an article or guest post on the selected publisher website, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any payment gateway fees.

Alternatively, Era Rank may offer one of the following options:

  • Fulfill the order on a comparable publisher website.
  • Credit the amount to your Era Rank account for future use.
  • Provide another suitable solution based on your order requirements.

Examples of Exceptional Cases

  • The publisher declines to publish the article after approval.
  • Technical errors prevent the article from being published on time.
  • The selected publisher website becomes unavailable before publication.

The choice between a refund, alternative placement, or account credit will be discussed with you based on your order status and available options.

Refunds During the Writing Process

If you cancel your order during the writing or review stage, a partial refund may be available.

  • 50% Refund: A partial refund may be issued because payment is allocated to compensate writers for their work.
  • Draft Delivery: You will receive the drafted article and may request revisions or use the article as you see fit.

Refunds During the Publishing Process

Refund requests during the guest post publishing process cannot be granted. Once a guest post publication is in progress, it cannot be stopped, and publishing costs cannot be recovered.

Please carefully review all articles before approving them for publication. Ensure that contact information, keywords, anchor text, spelling, grammar, and links meet your requirements.

Refund Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 24 hours.

Credit Card Refunds It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
PayPal Refunds Funds usually appear immediately in your PayPal account once processed.

Refunds will only be issued using the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to alternative accounts or third-party payment details.
