1 Account
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no sign-up fee, no deposit and no commission. You are paid the full price of your website for every completed order.
How long does account approval take?
A person on our team reviews every application after you submit the verification form, so it is not instant. You get an email with the result.
My account was not approved. Can I open another one?
No. A second account is reviewed the same way and won't change the answer. If you answered a question by mistake, you can answer again on the same page.
Can I change my username or email?
They are locked on the profile page. Email support@erarank.com and we will help.
Why was my account suspended?
The suspension email gives the reason. The most common one is receiving three Price High warnings. Contact support to discuss it.
2 Websites & prices
Can I add websites I don't own?
Only if you can publish on them yourself (as an author with access) or you told us you are a reseller when applying. Don't list websites you can't deliver on.
Why is my website marked Price High?
The same domain already sells for less on Era Rank. Click View Status to see the price you need. See Website statuses & pricing.
I lowered the price but the status is still Price High.
Changes on the Edit page don't send a website back for review. Change the price in your Excel sheet and upload it with Upload Bulk Sites: it becomes Re-submitted.
My websites became “Not Available” after a bulk upload.
Websites missing from the sheet you upload are paused. Download your full list, add them back and upload again; they become Re-submitted.
I don't accept casino or link insertions. What do I enter?
Enter 0. The listing shows “Not Allowed” and clients can't order that type.
Where do DA and Spam Score come from?
We fetch them from Moz automatically. You only enter DR and monthly traffic.
3 Orders
How will I know when I get an order?
By email and WhatsApp, usually within minutes, and a red counter appears next to Guest Post Tasks.
Can I edit the article before publishing?
Publish it as given. If something in it can't go on your website, message our team on the task before you accept.
Can I publish on a subdomain or another of my websites?
No. The post must be on the exact website the order was placed for.
I submitted the wrong URL.
Submit the correct one within 48 hours of your first submission. After that, message our team on the task.
I can't log in, but I need to submit a link.
Use the submit link from the order email or WhatsApp message. It works without logging in for 30 days.
What happens if I can't complete an order?
Reject it as soon as you know, so the client isn't kept waiting and the order can go to another website.
Can I remove a post later?
No. Approved posts must stay live with the link in place. Only remove a post when we send an Unpublish Request.
4 Payments
When do I get paid?
Website owners and admins: 7 days after the post goes live. Resellers and contributors: 21 days. After that the amount is in your available balance and you can request a withdrawal.
Is there a minimum withdrawal?
You can request any amount from $1 up to your available balance.
Which payout methods are there?
PayPal and bank transfer. Bank transfers need a one-time identity check.
My withdrawal was declined.
The remark and the email explain why. The amount goes back to your available balance, so you can fix the problem and request it again.
Will I be paid for an unpublished post?
No. Orders closed with an unpublish request are not paid.
