Orders are placed on the client's own page, either by you or by the client. Every new order arrives in your Guest Post Tasks as Not Started for you to review.
1 Open the client's page
Go to Clients and click View Profile next to the client.
The client page: your contact card, order counts, every order and Bulk Actions.
- Post New Task opens the order form.
- View Site List shows the websites at this client's prices.
- Filter Orders shows orders by stage.
- Bulk Actions → Create Invoice bills the ticked orders; see Invoice your client.
2 Place a single order
Click Post New Task. You can also start from the client's Site List, which opens the form with the website already chosen.

- Select Site: click Select Website and search for the domain.
- Order Type:
- General Guest Post: a new article on the website.
- Link Insertion: a link added to an article that is already live.
- Casino (CBD): casino, betting or CBD content.
- Order Details: fill in what the order needs.

Click Submit Order Securely.
3 Place a bulk order
Switch to the Bulk Order tab to order up to 20 websites in one go, each with its own details.
4 The order price
Each order is priced automatically: the website's publisher price for that order type, plus the client's margin.

5 What happens next
We email you “(number) New Client Task(s) Posted” within about 10 minutes, and the red counter next to Guest Post Tasks goes up. Next step: Review orders & send them to admin.
